FPR Bloodlines
June 26, 2011
Theme Song: Evanescence - "Everybody's Fool"

PRESTORY: Last month in the Real World Tag League, The Road Warriors had an unprecedented run, defeating every other team in their block without a loss. Unfortunately for them, their streak came to an end in the semi-finals when they were upset by the Fabulous Freebirds. The Freebirds would lose the finals to the Midnight Express and the Road Warriors would be waiting for revenge. The Road Warriors challenged the Freebirds to a rematch to take place at Bloodlines - in a Chicago Street Fight! The bad blood between these two teams was sure to reach a boiling point. So when it came time for action, first "Iron Man" hit followed by "Badstreet USA" but neither team made their entrance. Shortly thereafter, the two teams were found to have already started their brawl in the backstage area! The two teams would brawl out to the ringside area and into the ring where the match would remain an all-out brawl..
Chicago Street Fight: The Fabulous Freebirds def. The Road Warriors (16:04) when Hayes CRITICAL'd Hawk with the DDT
AFTERSTORY: The ending was shocking and sudden as the pace to the match never slowed down. Hayes was able to plant Hawk on his neck with a deadly DDT that caused the matchs' end. Animal crawled over and covered Hawk as the Freebirds stood tall. The Freebirds didn't waste time leaving the scene to a raucous chorus of boos and Animal helped officials tend to Hawk.

Backstage, we cut to new FPR World Heavyweight Champion the Great Muta joined by his associates Gary Hart, The Great Kabuki, and Sting. Gary spoke for the trio when he promised that Bloodlines would forever be remembered as Muta's night when he made his first defense in a rematch with Triple H in tonight's main event.

PRESTORY: Over the last month, Madison Rayne and Maryse have been involved in a series of matches with Nevaeh and Jessie McKay. Madison and Maryse have continued to come out on top as they seem to always do except when against their prior rivals, Marti Belle & Jazz. Nevaeh & McKay continued to believe they could defeat the dominant former women's tag team champions and this month, Nevaeh & Jessie would team up with Mistress Belmont for a six-woman tag team match against Madison, Maryse, and Brittney Savage. Belmont and Savage have been going at it since their respective debuts at WrestleMania and most recently Belmont laid out Savage at Breakout.
6 Woman Tag Team Match: Madison Rayne, Maryse, & Brittney Savage def. Nevaeh, Jessie McKay, & Mistress Belmont (23:15) when Maryse forced Belmont to submit to a camel clutch
AFTERSTORY: An action-packed match saw the Beautiful People on top again. This time it was Maryse using a camel clutch to force Belmont into submission. Madison and Maryse were both impressed by their partner, Brittney Savage, and have discussed adding her to their stable. Since the stable's original 2009 incarnation, Madison and Maryse have broke out as a prominent tag team while Lacey Von Erich remains an associate of them, despite not being seen in recent months. Nevaeh and Jessie McKay left feeling dejected that they were again unable to secure victory.

PRESTORY: Mike Foxx and Scot Summers proved to be among the best in the King of the Ring tournament at Breakout. Last month, however, both men found themselves on the receiving end of Stone Cold Stunners. Foxx and Summers were not pleased and they were more than willing to step into the ring against each other to find out who the better man is. Foxx vs Summers was then signed for Bloodlines!
Mike Foxx def. Scot Summers (21:07) with the Hotspot
AFTERSTORY: An amazing back and forth match saw Foxx come out on top. The match was a showstealer and could've believably gone either way as they both gave all they had. Foxx pins Summers as he looks to move up the card but Summers will not be going away quietly. These two are likely to meet again some time in the future and both men are looking to enter the upcoming Road 2 GAB Tournament as well.

PRESTORY: Last month, Hayabusa was able to overcome number one contender, Julian Caesaro, to retain his junior championship. As a result, Hayabusa was given the month off while a match was made to decide a new number one contender. A four way elimination match between four top contenders would determine who challenges Hayabusa at the Great American Bash!
Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match: Robert Evans def. Christopher Daniels, Julian Caesaro, & Jiggle-O James Johnson (18:09)
*Johnson eliminated Daniels (13:07) with a magistral following a 619
*Johnson eliminated Caesaro (17:25) with a tiger driver
*Evans eliminated Johnson (18:09) with a northern lights suplex
AFTERSTORY: Just when it looked like Jiggle-O James Johnson would capitalize on his momentum from last month's victory, Robert Evans was able to steal the victory! Undoubtedly a huge victory for Evans, who has continued to impress since his outing in the King of the Ring. Evans will now go on to his biggest match of his career as he challenges Hayabusa for the Junior Championship at the Great American Bash. Meanwhile, Julian Caesaro was none too pleased with being pinned by his often-time tag partner in Johnson. Both men share a mutual respect but might need to find out who is the better man. It is likely that they will meet again one on one in the near future.

Octagon Championship Match: Bob Sapp def. Josh Barnett via 1st Round KO (4:11) with a reverse powerbomb to RETAIN the championship!

Backstage, Sara Del Rey was interviewed. Del Rey complained about her seeming inability to defeat Daizee Haze in their numerous matches throughout the year. Sara cited WrestleMania as the biggest example, where she took out Amazing Kong with the Royal Butterfly but the triple threat match was elimination and Daizee ended up pinning Del Rey again. Del Rey talked about having mutual respect with Kong, but she wanted Daizee back in the ring. Del Rey said that she will team up with Amazing Kong if Daizee can find a partner for a tag team match next month at the Great American Bash!

PRESTORY: Last month, The Great Kabuki stepped into the hardcore deathmatch ring to try and take the championship from Abdullah the Butcher but he was unsuccessful in his bid for the title, despite a hard fought effort. This month, Kabuki's cohort in the Muta Alliance, Sting has decided to challenge Abdullah. Sting hopes to bounce back from his long rivalry with the Undertaker with something new, but it would not be an easy task..
Hardcore Deathmatch Championship Match: Abdullah the Butcher def. Sting (13:45) after a samoan drop to RETAIN the championship!!
AFTERSTORY: Sting put up a fight but in the end Abdullah was once again able to reign supreme. Abdullah has fought off both Kabuki and Sting, who will challenge him next in the hardcore deathmatch ring?

PRESTORY: Last month, Shawn Michaels pinned Sheamus in a rematch from the King of the Ring. Michaels felt the win was a rejuvenation of his career and he was riding high ever since. The victory boosted Shawn's confidence to the point that he challenged the unstoppable giant, the Big Show, to a match for the International Championship! Could HBK's luck continue or would it run out before he can claim gold?
International Championship Match: The Big Show def. Shawn Michaels (17:48) with the running elbow drop to RETAIN the championship
AFTERSTORY: Not many gave Shawn a chance, but he did indeed come within inches of winning the championship and toppling the Giant. If Michaels would've been able to make one more pin attempt, it likely would've been over but unfortunately for HBK, he suffered the same fate as many.

Randy Orton came to the ring and announced that he had the King of the Ring video thoroughly reviewed and it was determined that the ring ropes did factor into the end of the match. Orton said due to the controversial decision in the match, he was challenging Stone Cold Steve Austin to be a man and put his KOTR title shot on the line against him in a match at the Great American Bash. Stone Cold came out and told Orton that he went through the same thing when he won the tournament last year. Austin brought up last year and told Orton that if he wanted the match, he'd have to put up the same thing Chris Jericho did a year ago - his career! Orton stated he had beaten Austin in the past and he was confident that he could do it again and so the two have agreed to the match. Will Austin end another career enroute to another King of the Ring turned title reign or will the Viper change the direction of the future? Only time will tell!

PRESTORY: Last month, following a loss to the Undertaker, an enraged Drew McIntyre placed a $1000 bounty on the head of the Undertaker, to anyone that could take him out. Drew became increasingly frustrated stemming from his inability to put down the Deadman after 2 straight losses. After word spread about Drew's bounty, the first man to step up to the plate was a recent nemesis of Taker, The Great Kabuki. Kabuki has battled with the Undertaker several times and now he would battle him once again!
$1000 Bounty Match: The Great Kabuki def. The Undertaker (15:49) via submission with a misted camel clutch
AFTERSTORY: The bounty must have been the motivation! As the Great Kabuki shockingly was able to overcome the Undertaker. Kabuki caught Taker with green mist to the eyes, blinding him, and then locked in a camel clutch submission with the mist in Taker's eyes and the increasing pain mixed in with the burning of the eyes was enough to force Taker to pass out. Kabuki gained his first victory over Taker and an immense victory for him, for the Muta Alliance, and for Drew McIntyre. Drew came to the ring joining Kabuki in his celebration in the ring. Drew shook hands with Kabuki and handed him the briefcase of money. Drew and Kabuki then put the boots to Taker some more. Kabuki held Taker up as Drew talked trash in his face. Taker tried swinging with punches but was too weakened. Drew told Taker that the games have only just begun and that he's hired someone to take him out next month too - should Taker show up at the Great American Bash. Drew then had Kabuki lay out Taker one more time with a briefcase shot to the head. Drew and Kabuki raised their arms in the air to a loud response of boos as they stood tall in the ring with their job complete. Both men would head to the back, very happy with their respective accomplishments.

PRESTORY: The Midnight Express won the Real World Tag League last month, overcoming 63 other teams involved. They became the first team to ever win the league twice, stopping the plans of reigning tag team champions, LAX, from completing the same accomplishment. The Midnights league victory gained them a shot at the tag team titles to be held at Bloodlines. The LAX have run roughshod over the division all year long, having been champions since regaining the gold at the end of October. Could the Midnight Express put an end to their dominance or would LAX prove to be the best?
World Tag Team Championship Match: The Midnight Express def. The Latin American XChange (18:41) when Lane pinned Homicide after a low blow to become the NEW Champions!!
AFTERSTORY: The Midnights have dethroned LAX! Despit some questionable tactics in doing so, we have new tag team champions for the first time this year. LAX will be looking for a rematch but will have to battle through the Summer Spectacular tag team tournament to get that rematch as soon as possible as the winner of that will get the shot at the Great American Bash. The Midnight Express have been on a hot streak coming off the Tag League so we could be in for a long reign.

PRESTORY: Victoria has come out of her series of matches with Ayako Hamada as the undisputed women's champion. With the ongoing search for a new contender that began last month between Angelina Love and Jamilia Craft, Victoria was given a night off from defending the title but would compete in non-title action. Her opponent was determined in a match between two other top contenders. Sarita, who defeated Hamada last month prior to Redemption, and Lita, who has a storied history with Victoria, most recently dating back to Cyber Saturday 2010. Lita defeated Sarita and would go on to Bloodlines to face Victoria in a non-title bout! If she were to win, she'd have to be looked at for a future title shot.
Non-Title Match: Victoria def. Lita (12:08) via Widow's Peak CRITICAL
AFTERSTORY: Victoria did not take her competition lighlty as she left Lita devastated with a brutal Widow's Peak. The champion showed she's more than ready for whomever becomes #1 contender heading into the Great American Bash

PRESTORY: Last month, Hulk Hogan extracted WrestleMania revenge when he defeated Ric Flair in a rematch. Following the match, Hogan was the victim of a Horsemen ambush until Kurt Angle made the save. After that, Angle and Hogan issued a challenge to Flair and any one of his Horsemen to a tag team bout. Flair accepted the challenge and chose Brian Pillman as his partner and so the tag team war was on for Bloodlines!
Ric Flair & Brian Pillman def. Hulk Hogan & Kurt Angle (19:23) when Flair pinned Angle with a backslide
AFTERSTORY: The Horsemen ride again! Flair was able to catch Angle in a backslide by surprise much like he did in their previous bouts late last year. Angle could not believe he got pinned to the mat and went after Flair, igniting a post-match brawl between the two teams. It wasn't long before Arn & Tully arrived on the scene to aid Pillman & Flair. The Horsemen soon gained a 4 on 2 advantage and overcame Hogan and Angle. Until Road Warrior Animal rushed to the ring with a steel chair! Animal's run-in caused the Horsemen to bail. Animal helped Hogan and Angle up as the Horsemen retreated up the ramp yelling back at their enemies in the ring. Should Hawk return in time, it looks like we have War Games on our hands!

PRESTORY: Jessicka Havok & Allysin Kay have had quite the impactful debut. First they defeated Nevaeh and Jessie McKay and then they followed that up with a crushing defeat of the women's tag team champions, Marti Belle and Jazz, to become the new champions. They have skyrocketed to the top and Havok's CRITICAL of Jazz was a vicious one. Now, Marti and Jazz would attempt to regain the gold against the tough new duo that won the gold last month.
Women's Tag Team Championship Match: Jessicka Havok & Allysin Kay def. Marti Belle & Jazz (26:08) when Havok pinned Jazz after a boot to RETAIN the championships!
AFTERSTORY: Both teams put on a very competitive fight but in the end Havok and Kay were able to retain their titles. Earlier in the year it seemed Marti Belle and Jazz were finally the one team that the Beautiful People couldn't beat and now it appears they may have met their match as well. Jessicka & Allysin move on as champions now as the Beautiful People are looking to move back into title contention with their recent wins.

PRESTORY: Last month it was decided that the number one contendership to the Women's Championship would be decided amongst Angelina Love, Jamilia Craft, and Madison Eagles. A random drawing paired Craft and Angelina up first with the winner going on to face Madison Eagles at Bloodlines. At Redemption, Angelina defeated Jamilia Craft in an extremely competitive match that could've gone either way as both women put on a great performance. Now Angelina moves on to face one of the most impressive women in FPR, Madison Eagles, to determine the new number one contender to the Women's Championship. Would Angelina reignite her feud with champion Victoria or would the dominant Eagles receive her first title shot?
Madison Eagles def. Angelina Love (12:46) with a backslide
AFTERSTORY: Madison Eagles adds another major victory to her resume. Angelina gave it her all and almost pulled out the win on several occasions. However in the end, Madison Eagles caught her with a backslide for the win and #1 contendership. Madison Eagles will now face Victoria in her first ever shot at the women's title. Eagles has taken out one of FPR's greatest former champions in Candice Michelle earlier this year, now her target is the woman with the most title reigns, the current champ Victoria.

PRESTORY: Last month, The Great Muta finally accomplished what he called his destiny for the past year. After his brutal saga with John Cena, Muta found himself in a 2nd title match against Triple H. Muta was victorious and now finally lays claim to the World Title. Earlier in the night we heard from Muta and his entourage as it was promised that tonight's Bloodlines would forever be remembered as Muta's night. The Game would be invoking his rematch clause for the title so there was no doubt that Muta's first test would be a big challenge. And now it was time for the main event...Great Muta vs Triple H for the FPR Worlds Heavyweight Championship!!
Worlds Heavyweight Championship Match: The Great Muta def. Triple H (10:28) with the Moonsault to RETAIN the championship!!
AFTERSTORY: Bloodlines is indeed Muta's night! Muta soundly and decisively defeated The Game after bloodying him early on. Muta connected with two patented Moonsaults to secure the 3 count and defeat the former champion. Following the match, Muta was joined in ring for his celebration by Gary Hart, Kabuki, and Sting. They held up the champion as boos were heard throughout the arena. A spotlight shown down on the ring over the champion and his entourage. Bloodlines would go off the air as Muta's night with the final shot being Muta with the championship held high.

©FPR Bloodlines 2011. The Road 2 GAB and Summer Spectacular tournaments take place over the 4th of July week, where title contenders will be crowned! FPR's next PPV event will be The Great American Bash scheduled for July 30 with what promises to be another stacked lineup.
