PRESTORY: Back in February during the Super J Cup 2010, Julian Caesaro defeated Robert Evans in the second round with an impressive CRITICAL victory using his finishing maneuver, Avalon's Gift. Evans did not take the loss lightly as Caesaro moved on to the third round. Evans would return during Caesaro's third round match against Jiggle-O James Johnson. Evans shoved Caesaro from the top rope as he was looking to finish the match. Johnson would then win the match, not knowing what had taken place. Upon realizing that Evans had interfered, Johnson offered to team up with Caesaro to take on Evans and whomever he would choose as a tag team partner. Evans wound up having former FPR junior champion, Matt Palmer, as his partner. It was a surprise to many to see Palmer change his ways and align with Evans. Robert went on to label their duo, Simply Irresistible. They would go on to pick up a victory over Johnson & Caesaro. Both men wanted a rematch after suffering defeat and challenged for a rematch. Evans & Palmer said to find partners and meet them in an eight man tag team match. Palmer & Evans aligned with popular long-time tandem, Andy Dalton & The Brian Kendrick. Johnson & Caesaro responded by joining up with two men that know Dalton & Kendrick very well and have had their share of wars against them. That team being, Hiroshi Hase & Akira Nogami. And so the stage was set for the eight man tag team opener of FPR WrestleMania V!
Eight Man Tag Team Match: Jiggle-O James Johnson, Julian Caesaro, Hiroshi Hase, & Akira Nogami def. Robert Evans, Matt Palmer, Andy Dalton, & The Brian Kendrick (22:18) when Caesaro pinned Palmer with a victory roll
AFTERSTORY: An exciting action-packed opener for WrestleMania! Julian Caesaro secured the winning pinfall on Matt Palmer to avenge the previous loss and get a measure of payback. All eight looked great in the matchup and will definitely be ones to watch as we continue the year.

PRESTORY: Last month at Valentine's Massacre, Samoa Joe challenged The Big Show for the International Championship. Joe vowed to take the title from Big Show and promised that he would head into WrestleMania to give the international title the showcase that he felt it deserved for the grandest stage of them all. Joe was unsuccessful in his bid for the championship as Big Show overcame the challenge. However Joe still wanted to have a showcase match at WrestleMania so he went to scout talent for a potential challenger. Joe decided upon Gran Hamada and issued a challenge. Hamada accepted the challenge to deliver a classic Mania matchup with Samoa Joe!
Gran Hamada def. Samoa Joe (9:50) with a sunset flip
AFTERSTORY: It was a great match with a surprising finish and relatively short. Joe hit Hamada with a powerbomb but he was able to flip Joe over as he attempted to hold on for a pin and counter into a pinfall of his own for the win. Joe was caught by surprise and couldn't believe he lost like that. After the match had concluded, both men shook hands to applause from the crowd.

PRESTORY: Team 3D vs The Road Warriors is a tag team dream match. The two teams met in the finals of last year's Guerrero Cup tag team tournament where 3D were successful. 3D won the tournament and would go on to become FPR world tag team champions that night. The tag team titles are something that have eluded The Road Warriors since the belts' inception. Now that 3D are no longer the champions, The Road Warriors wanted a rematch to avenge their loss and hopefully gain a future tag team title shot.
Team 3D def. The Road Warriors (23:09) when Devon pinned Hawk after the 3D
AFTERSTORY: Team 3D keep the Road Warriors even further away from a future tag team title shot. It was a competitive battle with a very exciting finish. Hawk was hit with 3D and Animal was unable to make the save. 3D gained their second victory over the Road Warriors to prove that maybe they are indeed the better team..

PRESTORY: For the past several months and especially throughout the road to WrestleMania, Claudia & Alissa Flash have been after Maria Menounos and aiming to take her out. During an in-ring altercation during the road to WrestleMania tour, Alissa and Claudia looked to attack Menounos in the ring after a back and forth interview in the ring. They began their beatdown but Jessica James was quick to run down and make the save. Jessica managed to knock both from the ring and save Menounos from the attack. A tag team match was set up which took place later in the tour. Jessica and Claudia started a rivalry in all of this and were set to face each other one on one at WrestleMania V
Claudia def. Jessica James (11:07) via submission with a dragon sleeper
AFTERSTORY: It was an impressive performance from both women but Claudia used her experience to gain the victory. Jessica came close and will definitely move up in the women's division. Both women will be ones to watch for sure.

PRESTORY: The fallout from the Hogan & Warrior vs Ted & Ted Jr. tag team match from Valentine's Massacre. Nothing was quite settled there as the interference of the masked man is what allowed DiBiase Jr. to score the pinfall on Hogan. Warrior wasn't happy with the way things went down that night and wanted to teach Ted Jr. a lesson. Sid and Savage were involved in the barbed-wire tag with Orton and Foley that night where Sid pinned Savage. Savage wanted revenge outside of the barbed wire environment and so they split into two teams formed from their Survival of the Sickest teams. Warrior & Savage against Ted Jr. & Sid!
Randy Savage & The Ultimate Warrior def. Ted DiBiase Jr. & Sid (21:12) when Savage pinned Sid with the flying elbow drop
AFTERSTORY: Savage and Warrior both got huge revenge here, they came in with a huge determination and fire and took it to their opponents like never before. Savage and Warrior were on fire throughout the match. Sid and Ted tried to cut them off and build a comeback near the end but Savage
connecting the flying elbow on Sid for the victory. It was a major victory for both Savage & Warrior.

PRESTORY: On the Road to WrestleMania, the qualifiers for Money in the Bank took place. Among the qualifiers, Sting overcame Bison Smith in what many consider an upset based on the win/loss of their series last year. Sting considered it a huge win and has since said that it was the win that makes him sure he will come out of MITB the victor. Bison was in disbelief that he had lost the match, thinking for sure that he was destined to win the money in the bank match. Bison has since stated that he will prove to the world he's still a force to be reckoned with by issuing an open challenge at WrestleMania. The challenge was quickly accepted by the returning "Bootylicious" Junior Fatu! Fatu and Bison go one on one at WrestleMania V!
Junior Fatu def. Bison Smith (12:16) after the Rikishi Driver
AFTERSTORY: What a return for Junior Fatu! Bison Smith was irate after his loss, throwing things at ringside, not taking the loss lightly at all. The once dominant Bison Smith has fallen to a sudden losing streak it seems!

PRESTORY: The showcase battle royal is usually an annual stage for anyone to enter that is looking to make a statement. It can feature anyone from top names to newcomers. This year it has quite a mix of names. It will feature the FPR debuts of Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. The return of former FPR World Champion, Bill Goldberg. Goldberg looks to return and start from the beginning, taking down whoever steps in his way. Another return in Aaron Eagle who has been out of action for nearly a year now. Kofi Kingston joins the fray as well as former hardcore deathmatch champion, Abyss. Maven who lost hist money in the bank qualifier, quickly jumped at the chance to get into the match. Mike Foxx, who has felt that the Faithful has been crumbling as of late and when he lost his qualifier to MITB he felt he had no choice but to enter this match in hopes to redeem himself and bring the Faithful back to the top. It's random and it's wild, eight men enter the showcase!
Showcase Battle Royal: Bill Goldberg def. Abyss, Kofi Kingston, Aaron Eagle, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Maven, & Mike Foxx (23:05)
*Kingston eliminated Abyss (9:56) with a victory roll
*Foxx eliminated Kingston (15:49) after a collision with Maven
*Maven eliminated Eagle (17:04) via submission with a chinlock
*Maven eliminated McIntyre (17:43) via submission with a chinlock
*Maven eliminated Sheamus (18:49) with a rolling prawn hold
*Foxx eliminated Maven (20:04) via submission with a chinlock
*Goldberg eliminated Foxx (23:05) with the Jackhammer
AFTERSTORY: Goldberg is back and back with a vengeance! Maven looked very impressive and Mike Foxx came extremely close to getting the win and starting his road back to the top. All eight men looked impressive including the two debuting superstars in Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. Maven managed to eliminate three opponents before falling to Foxx. Aaron Eagle also made an impressive return after being out of action for a long time. Goldberg seemingly returned to form like he was when he was world champion six years ago. Goldberg pinned Foxx to gain the huge victory and major momentum heading into the events that follow WrestleMania.

PRESTORY: Edge & Christian burst back on to the tag team scene after being voted in by the fans to receieve a tag team title shot at Cyber Saturday. They won the belts from the Briscoes but would quickly drop them back a week later at Halloween Havoc. The Briscoes would join together with the Hardyz at Survival of the Sickest where the Hardyz definitely got into it with Edge & Christian. Edge & Christian would meet again in the beat the clock series as both teams were vying for a title shot. Now with both teams tentatively out of the title picture, they would get to face each other and given the stage to shine at WrestleMania V!
Edge & Christian def. The Hardyz (36:53) when Edge pinned Jeff
AFTERSTORY: These two definitely had a match worthy of stealing the show! Two top contending teams went at it like never before here with a very long classic. Both teams could've taken it at any moment but in the end Edge pinned Jeff to gain the win. This win definitely will further them into tag team title contention in hopes of a tag title rematch.

PRESTORY: Amazing Red and Low Ki met in the Super J Cup and put on two of the most impressive performances of the tournament. Red pulled out the victory in what many considered an upset win. Red and Ki were in the middle of signing for a rematch at WrestleMania when from the other side of the bracket, Davey Richards & JT Lamotta wanted in. They all agreed to have a four way match take place but Bryan Danielson, who did not compete in the J Cup, told the four combatants that he could beat them all, despite losing his money in the bank qualifier to Yoshinari Ogawa. Danielson entered the match and it became known as a 5 way challenge. 5 Men, but the first pinfall would gain the victory.
[b ]5 Way Challenge Match: Low Ki def. Amazing Red, JT Lamotta, Davey Richards, & Bryan Danielson (13:40) when Ki CRITICAL'd Danielson with the Ki Krusher [/b]
AFTERSTORY: An action packed challenge match where only the first pinfall would gain the victory. In the end Low Ki managed to nail the Ki Krusher on Danielson to secure the win. Red, Lamotta, and Richards, were unhappy with the outcome while Low Ki moves on in the Junior division, Danielson's condtion is unknown at this point but he is not expected to miss very much time. Ki was able to avenge the Super J Cup loss he suffered to Amazing Red by defeating five competitors here!

PRESTORY: Ayako Hamada made her FPR debut in December of last year as part of the beat the clock challenge. Her opponent that night was Shinobu Kandori. Hamada took Kandori to the absolute limit and while neither were able to beat the clock, an impression was definitely made. Hamada wanted a rematch in order to show that she could beat Kandori. The rematch took place at Final Showdown and was another back and forth, very competitive battle, that saw Kandori sneak away with the victory after taking Hamada down with a surprise snap armbar. Kandori has been aiming to make herself number one since returning to FPR in September and has been quite impressive in doing so with the exception of a loss to Gina Carano at Cyber Saturday. Hamada wanted one more shot at Kandori to which Kandori declined the opportunity to step into the ring again at Royal Battle. A month later at February's Valentine's Massacre, an eight woman tag team match was signed. Shinobu Kandori joined up with Aja Kong, Alektra Blue, and Michelle McCool to battle Jessica James' team consisting of herself, Sarita, and Athena. And when Jessica needed a fourth partner, Hamada jumped at the opportunity upon hearing that Kandori would be on the opposite side of the ring. As the match began, it became obvious that Kandori was avoiding Hamada, tagging out when she tagged in and always managing to be out of the ring when Hamada stepped in. After 25 minutes of battle as Kandori was looking for the finish on Jessica, she made the tag to Hamada. Hamada finally got her hands on Kandori and eventually planted her with the Hamada Driver for the very sweet revengeful victory. Hamada had avenged her previous defeat and left with her head held high. Kandori however was in disbelief and did not accept the loss lightly at all. Kandori demanded they meet one on one, one more time at WrestleMania V to prove who truly is the better woman.
Ayako Hamada def. Shinobu Kandori (10:40) via CRITICAL after the Hamada Driver
AFTERSTORY: The ultimate statement has been made by Hamada! A great back and forth contest saw Hamada finally prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she can beat Kandori decisively. Hamada left Kandori laying with a brutal Hamada Driver to secure the win.

PRESTORY: After losing his money in the bank qualifier to King Umaga, Kane went crazy and began throwing things at ringside and looking to destroy. Officials tried to stop him but they were unable to do so as Kane knocked several of them down. John Cena, who lost his qualifier earlier that night, tried to calm Kane down and let him know that he knows how it feels but Kane would not hear any of it. Kane tried to attack Cena but Cena fought back and they began a brawl. Later in the tour they had an in-ring confrontation where Kane said it wasn't right that he headlined last year's WrestleMania IV and now he had not yet had a match. Cena said he would fight him when suddenly Raven interupted the two. Raven had not been seen in several months at that point and he agreed with Kane. He said he had been on every WrestleMania card and wouldn't let the show happen without him. Cena reminded the two that he also headlined at WrestleMania III pointing out Raven as the only one of the three that never headlined Mania. Raven, Cena, and Kane got into it and a three way battle was signed to take place at WrestleMania!
Triple Threat Match: Raven def. John Cena & Kane (13:08)
*Raven eliminated Kane (11:10) via CRITICAL after the Evenflow DDT
*Raven eliminated Cena (13:08) after the Evenflow DDT
AFTERSTORY: Raven shocked them all! Raven snuck into this match by intervening in the inital confrontation between Kane and Cena. Most figured they'd team up to get rid of Raven, but he pulled it off eliminating both men! Raven has been in the hardcore division for the past several years but we can't forget that he is, as he made note of, a former worlds heavyweight champion. Defeating two other former world champions is a sure fire way to make your way back onto the title picture.

PRESTORY: The feud between Chris Jericho and Jakob Furis goes back to over a year ago. Furis won a battle royal that Jericho swears to this day was his to win. This led to a match between the two at WrestleMania IV. Jericho was victorious there but the two would feud for the next several months, ultimately concluding somewhat at Cyber Saturday when Jericho defeated Furis in a bloody barbed wire match. From there Jericho challenged Stone Cold Steve Austin, unhappy that Austin was voted into a title match over him. Austin quickly defeated him to which Jericho claimed still being hurt from the barbed wire match that took place a week prior. At Survival of the Sickest, Jericho led a team against Stone Cold's. Jericho brought Spoiler 2000 in to FPR as his hired gun in the match. Austin had wisely aligned with Jericho's enemy in Jakob Furis. Austin's team won that night but Spoiler and Furis developed a rivalry of their own. Furis & Spoiler as well as Jericho & Austin next met in separate beat the clock challenges. Neither match saw a victor and Furis & Spoiler's rivalry spilled into the next several PPVs. Spoiler won the first matchup but Furis got his revenge and won the second one. For WrestleMania, Spoiler teams up with the man who brought him in, Chris Jericho to take on their mutual enemies in Jakob Furis & Stone Cold Steve Austin! It is sure to be one hell of a tag team match!
Jakob Furis & Steve Austin def. Chris Jericho & Spoiler 2000 (22:39) when Furis forced Spoiler to submit to the Christo
AFTERSTORY: Furis caught Spoiler by surprise by busting out the very rarely seen Christo submission maneuver! It was an exciting tag team match that saw both teams come close to winning and show some good teamwork. Furis and Spoiler had been 1-1 in singles competition and this tag team victory will give Furis the edge in their feud. Furis and Spoiler are both in talks of entering next month's King of the Ring tournament as well as Jericho and Austin who may be entering as well.

PRESTORY: Everytime Bob Sapp has lost the Octagon Championship, he's won it right back. The reign before his current lasted three years before finally coming to an end. Another impressive dominant title reign was that of Mark Henry who held the international title for over a year. Henry's title reign parallelled that of Sapp, being that they ended on the same night. Sapp, however, was able to regain the Octagon Title which Henry did not do with the international belt. During the two monstrous title reigns, fans talked about a potential clash between the two beasts as a dream match of sorts. Since regaining the Octagon championship at Eve of Destruction, Sapp has continued his dominant ways, destroying the likes of Brock Lesnar and Scott Steiner. At Valentine's Massacre, Sapp defeated Ken Shamrock to once again retain the belt. Following the match, an interview was conducted with Mark Henry who was seated ringisde in the crowd. Henry announced that he was coming for Sapp and his Octagon championship, making his intentions known and clear. Once Sapp got wind of the challenge, he gladly accepted and the match was set for WrestleMania V. The Beast vs the World's Strongest Man one on one in the Octagon!
Octagon Championship Match: Mark Henry def. Bob Sapp via 2nd Round KO (2:01) after a two punch combo (7:01) to become the NEW Champion!!!!
AFTERSTORY: NEW CHAMPION! In what has to be considered a shocker and a major upset, Mark Henry defeats Bob Sapp in the Octagon! Bob Sapp's latest reign didn't last nearly as long as would be expected as the World's Strongest Man has cut it short. Henry made the challenge last month and walked in determined to come out on top. The dream match has finally taken place and Henry has overcome the Beast! What a victory for the World's Strongest Man!

PRESTORY: The Beautiful People have been stirring up trouble ever since they formed completely in late October of last year. Maryse & Angelina Love joined together after working as a cohesive unit as Cyber Saturday. They soon brought in Madison Rayne to join them, making her debut in FPR. Velvet Sky appeared for Survival of the Sickest, which was also the night that Lacey Von Erich debuted as their latest member. It was also on that night in November where Victoria injured Angelina Love with a deadly Widow's Peak. Angelina was CRITICALed and put out of action for months. Maryse & Madison continued to be a thorn in the side of several women including Trish Stratus, Lita, and Gail Kim. The Beautiful People announced at the Royal Battle that Angelina Love would make her return at Valentine's Massacre to challenge the woman that put her out, Victoria. As Valentine's Massacre rolled around, Angelina made her return and faced Victoria. The two put on a classic match that went over twenty minutes as both gave everything they had. Angelina gave it her all including an impressive diving cross body from the top rope to the floor that had everyone on their feet. This time it took two Widow's Peaks to put Angelina down for the count. Victoria got the victory but she knew that she had been taken to the limit. Following the match, Victoria offered her hand to Angelina, perhaps showing she had found respect after their highly competitive battle. Both women received applause from the crowd following their performance. Angelina got to her feet seeming unsure of Victoria's handshake offer. However before Angelina could respond, Victoria was attacked from behind by Madison, and Lacey. Angelina backed into the corner as the rest of the Beautiful People beatdown Victoria. Angelina quietly left the ring seeming not to want to be involved. Victoria was eventually saved by her former partner and former rival, Candice Michelle. Victoria would later challenge The Beautiful People, any one of them, to face her at WrestleMania. Their response was coming up with the concept of the Beautiful Gauntlet, Victoria going against the members of the Beautiful People one by one with the exception of Lacey, who is involved in her own match later on. Victoria looked at it as a chance to take them all out, so she gladly accepted.
Beautiful Gauntlet: The Beautiful People def. Victoria (34:55)
Victoria def. Velvet Sky (12:27) via CRITICAL with the Widow's Peak
Madison Rayne def. Victoria (22:38) after a jumping facebuster
AFTERSTORY: Victoria was able to handle Velvet Sky and take her out completely with the deadly Widow's Peak. Madison Rayne was up next and took Victoria to the absolute limit. Victoria looked to finish Madison with the Widow's Peak but Maryse, who was to be the next opponent, distracted Victoria and Madison was quick to capitalize for the win. Afterwards, Maryse got into the ring anyways and began to attack the fallen Victoria. Maryse and Madison beat down Victoria as Angelina came down the aisle and into the ring. It seemed as if Angelina was going to join the attack but instead she forced the Beautiful People off of Victoria and helped her to her feet. Maryse and Madison left unhappily as Angelina raised Victoria's arm in the air.

PRESTORY: Late last year, Triple H & Shawn Michaels reformed D-Generation X and entered the beat the clock challenge. DX would win the challenge by defeating the tag team of Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger in the quickest time. Swagger & Ziggler were furious at the loss but DX would go on to recieve a tag team title shot against then-champions, Team 3D at Final Showdown. 3D managed to defeat DX in a very close match. DX decided to wait for a future rematch with 3D while they continued defending the tag titles. At Royal Battle, DX accepted the challenge to a rematch from Ziggler & Swagger, who wanted to prove themselves worthy against DX. DX defeated them once again and on that same show 3D lost the tag team titles back to the Briscoes. DX took that opportunity to then challenge 3D to a rematch to show the world that they could indeed beat them. The match took place at Valentine's Massacre and DX avenged their previous loss with a decisive victory over Team 3D. Following the match, Ziggler & Swagger came out to the stage and said they wanted DX one more time in the ring. Except this time they wanted a stipulation added, that the losing team would have to disband. Ziggler & Swagger saw it as a chance to completely eradicate D-Generation X and DX in return saw it as a chance to rid themselves for good of a team that had been targetting them for months. The challenge was accepted and the match was set for WrestleMania V!
Losing Team Must Disband: Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger def. D-Generation X (14:11) when Swagger pinned Michaels with the gutwrench powerbomb
AFTERSTORY: Ziggler & Swagger finally did it, they beat DX. Not only that but they ended DX in a shockingly quicker than expected match. The crowd were stunned as Swagger pinned Michaels and got the team their biggest win ever. Ziggler and Swagger celebrated like never before, parading around the ring and bragging to everyone around. They promised that they would do it and they did. Their third try and for Ziggler & Swagger, the third time was the charm. They left as the crowd applauded DX who remained in the ring. Shawn & HHH hugged as they exited the ring to a still shocked crowd.

PRESTORY: For the first time in WrestleMania history, Frankie Kazarian would not compete in the opening contest. Kazarian opened WrestleMania I with a victory over Ricky Marvin, II and II he was on the winning team in multi-man tag matches and last year he suffered his first defeat in a triple threat match against Evan Bourne and Matt Palmer. This year things were different and Frankie Kazarian is FPR Junior Champion. Kazarian won the title to begin his first ever reign at Final Showdown and has been enjoying success so far in 2010. Kazarian squashed all doubts when he successfully retained against former champion, Jushin Liger, at Royal Battle. Last month at Valentine's Massacre, Kazarian issued an open challenge to any junior that was not involved in the super J cup. That challenge was answered by 2 Cold Scorpio, who Kazarian would go on to soundly defeat rather quickly and catching everyone by surprise. Kazarian has shown to be a true champion since winning the title. Meanwhile, throughout February, the 2010 Super J Cup was ongoing. The winner of the tournament would be Brian Pillman. Pillman defeated two former FPR Junior Champions in the first two rounds in AJ Styles and Matt Palmer. Pillman would go on to defeat the very impressive, Amazing Red and in the semi-finals he defeated his often-times tag team partner and the most recent kingpin of the junior division, Jushin Liger, to solidify the statement he was making in this tournament. The finals took place at Valentine's Massacre where Pillman was able to overcome Yoshi Tatsu to become the #1 contender to the title. Pillman will challenge Frankie Kazarian at WrestleMania V in hopes of gaining his first title reign in FPR!
Junior Championship Match: Brian Pillman def. Frankie Kazarian (18:31) after a DDT to become the NEW Champion!
AFTERSTORY: Flyin' Brian has pulled it off! His first junior championship reign begins on the grandest stage of them all. It was definitely one hell of a back and forth battle that either man could've won at any moment. Kazarian will surely be wanting his rematch sooner rather than later.

PRESTORY: At Survival of the Sickest, Lacey Von Erich made her debut at the conclusion of the Beautiful People vs Stratusfaction matchup, delivering a Clawslam to Gail Kim and putting her out of action. Since then, Lacey has proven dominant..or lucky. Regardless, she has managed to remain undefeated for several months with some huge victories. First she defeated Trish Stratus in a bloody brawl at Eve of Destruction, albeit with the usage of brass knuckles, it was a huge upset. Next, at Final Showdown, Gail Kim made her return from injury but perhaps returned too soon as Lacey capitalized on Gail's previously injured neck and was able to defeat her as well. Lacey got the win over the former womens' champion was yet another huge upset as Lacey's streak continued. At the Royal Battle, Lacey, Maryse, & Madison teamed up to defeat the team of Lita, Gail, & Trish when Lacey forced Trish into submission using the iron claw. Lacey capitalized at the right moment and once again she picked up the win. Lacey has had quite the streak, an undefeated streak which perhaps could be considered a streak of luck as well. Last month at Valentine's Massacre, following the Beautiful People beatdown of Victoria, Victoria managed to retaliate enough to challenge them to an impromptu handicap match. The match ended when Lacey, once again, scored the fall with a small package on Victoria. Lacey had celebrated like she had just won the championship even though it was a handicap match. Victoria didn't take kindly to that and tried to attack Lacey for it but Madison was quick to attempt another beatdown only this time Victoria was saved by her former partner and former enemy, "Best in the World" Candice Michelle. Candice forced The Beautiful People to bail from the ring and had a staredown from the ring to the entry way with Lacey. Candice later issued a challenge to wrestle Von Erich one on one at WrestleMania V, seeing as Candice is, atleast for now, out of the title picture, she wanted a match and she wanted Lacey in the ring to put an end to her bragging. Lacey agreed to the match and will step into the ring with the four time women's champion that many consider the greatest women's champion in FPR history. Will Lacey remain undefeated or will the Best in the World prove why she is exactly that? It's the Best vs the Streak at WrestleMania V!
"Best in the World" Candice Michelle def. "Undefeated" Lacey Von Erich (15:28) after a reverse DDT
AFTERSTORY: The streak is over! Candice has once again proven why she is indeed considered the Best in the World. Candice's huge victory has ended Lacey's lucky streak and it may only be a matter of time before Candice is back in the title hunt. However Lacey isn't happy with her loss to Candice and may not let it slide easily. Their could be a future rematch between the two down the line.

PRESTORY: At Cyber Saturday 2009, The Big Show defeated Mark Henry for the international championship. Show ended Henry's year and a half reign with the title and would go on to begin his own dominant reign. Show retained against Henry at Halloween Havoc and went on to successfully defend against stars such as Bret Hart, The Great Muta, Kane, and most recently Samoa Joe. Following Big Show's successful defense against Joe, the lights went out in the arena and the voice of the Undertaker was heard! Taker stated "You. Me. WrestleMania!" and very clearly made his statement that he was challenging the Big Show.Show had defended his belt against all members of the Foundation except for Taker. The Foundation defeated the Faithful at Survival of the Sickest and the Faithful has seemingly started to fall apart since. Big Show's championship is their last remaining clutch of gold. It is interesting to note that Taker vs Big Show will be a rematch from last year as the two met at WrestleMania 4 which saw Big Show get the victory. Now this year, the rematch and the stakes have been raised. This time, the FPR International Championship is on the line!
International Championship Match: The Big Show def. The Undertaker (13:36) after a lariat to RETAIN the championship!
AFTERSTORY: Big Show does it again! Show defeats Taker two years in a row at Mania and this time he also keeps hold of his international championship. Show has now gone through all four members of The Foundation with successful title defenses. Can anyone stop the Giant?

PRESTORY: Every year the Money in the Bank match takes place at WrestleMania. Eight men enter the steel cage and only one can score the pinfall and walk away with a shot at the worlds heavyweight title whenever they choose. Of the four winners of WrestleMania's past, only one has gone on to use it to win the Worlds Heavyweight title. Last year, Randy Orton won the shot and cashed in as soon as Hulk Hogan won the title but he was unable to win the belt and Hogan overcame the odds. This year eight men enter and for the first time in WrestleMania history, Randy Orton will not be involved. This year's entries are as followed. Ric Flair, who defeated Miike Foxx to qualify. Flair is a legend that without a doubt holds a threat to any world champion. Yoshinari Ogawa defeated longtime rival, Bryan Danielson to qualify. Ogawa is a former worlds heavyweight champion and has proven to have the ability to surprise absolutely anyone with his ways of winning. King Umaga defeated Kane to qualify and he is very well-known as one of the most dominant stars in FPR history. Sting finally defeated Bison Smith to qualify. Sting felt his victory over Bison shows that he is meant to win money in the bank. Jushin Liger bounced back with a MITB qualifier victory over the first ever money in the bank winner, Hiroshi Tanahashi. Liger hopes to use MITB as a stepping stone to challenge for the Worlds Heavyweight title for the very first time. Great Muta qualified with a victory over Maven in quite the competitive matchup. AJ Styles qualified with a win over John Cena, surprising many as AJ seems primed and ready to do whatever it takes to win. And lastly, Kurt Angle enters Money in the Bank following an impressive victory over Go Shiozaki. Angle is always a major player in FPR and this night will be no different. Eight men with one shot, who will walk out of WrestleMania V with the money in the bank briefcase!?
Money in the Bank Match: The Great Muta def. Kurt Angle, Ric Flair, AJ Styles, Jushin Liger, King Umaga, Yoshinari Ogawa, & Sting (8:22) via CRITICAL after the Moonsault on Liger
AFTERSTORY: Out of nowhere, Muta comes off the side of the cage with an incredible Moonsault that flattened Jushin Liger on the mat! A short and wild brawl inside the steel cage as all eight men fought for a title shot whenever they choose to use it. Nobody saw Muta coming as he took the win. Liger may have got his first taste of the world title picture as he stepped out of the Junior division to focus on a possible world title shot but Muta claims it instead.

PRESTORY A year ago at the 2009 Royal Battle, Bret Hart eliminated just about everyone until the final two when he fell to the eventual winner, King Umaga. Fast forward to 2010, Bret entered the battle again and put on another stellar performance. And in a moment so similar to the year before, Bret eliminated opponent after opponent like a house of fire until the final two. CM Punk quickly capitalized and eliminated Bret to win the Royal Battle. Bret was in disbelief that it had happened to him once again and he challenged CM Punk to face him so that he could prove that he could beat Punk and deserved to headline WrestleMania. Bret vs Punk was signed as the main event of Valentine's Massacre. One on one, Hart defeated Punk via pinfall. Bret proved his point and was very satisfied with the main event victory. Afterwards, Bret offered his hand to Punk but a masked man suddenly assaulted Hart from behind. Punk confronted the masked man and pulled him off Hart, before suddenly turning and kicking Bret over. Punk turned and embraced the masked man as he unmasked and revealed himself to be Austin Aries! Aries and Punk had seemingly reformed Generation sXe together, reuniting for the first time in nearly 4 years. Aries & Punk went into the very first WrestleMania together which Punk headlined. And now that Punk was headlining for the second time, he had gone back to his former partner in Austin Aries. Punk & Aries celebrated on that night and in the weeks that followed, Aries claimed that Punk had saved him. Aries talked about how when Generation sXe ran FPR, he was the man in the junior division, known as one of the most dominant junior champions of all time but in recent years,he had fallen to his lowest points. Aries says now that he has aligned with Punk once again, things will look up for him. Bret was furious ever since Valentine's Massacre and he issued the challenge to Aries to face him at WrestleMania. Hart did not like the way that Aries ambushed him from behind. Aries accepted, promising that Bret would be the first victim of the 'new' Austin Aries. It will definitely be a match to see and one that everyone is looking forward to. Aries and the Hitman one on one!
Austin Aries def. Bret Hart (16:06) after a steam roller
AFTERSTORY: CM Punk may have been right, the Austin Aries of old does indeed seem to be back in full force. Aries gains a huge victory over the Hitman here. Aries claims that he is now on the path of victory since rejoining Punk and it's hard to argue with his success here. Bret beat Punk back at Valentine's Massacre but it looks like Aries will do whatever it takes to help Punk. Generation sXe plans to be more dominant than they ever reached in 2006.

PRESTORY: The feud between the Briscoes and the Latin American Xchange goes back a long, long ways. It can be dated back a full year. At the end of 2008, The Briscoes ended the year long reign of Big Show & Hardcore Holly and started a new era for the tag team division. Before long, The Briscoes would lose the belts to the Latin American Xchange in February 09. However at WrestleMania IV, the Briscoes would win the titles back. The two teams would trade the titles back and forth for several months including tornado tag matches, street fights, and even stepping into the steel cage to settle their differences. That cage match took place at the Ultimate Encounter 09 in what would be the final chapter of the feud or so we thought. The Briscoes won the belts back there and would go on to Cyber Saturday where the fans voted Edge & Christian into the tag title scene. The Briscoes would become involved in a rivalry with them, leaving LAX without a rematch for the tag titles. In December, the Guerrero Cup took place and gave a stage for all the teams to fight for a shot at the titles. Team 3D came out victorious and would get involved with the Briscoes and win the belts. The Briscoes won the belts back yet again at Royal Battle from Team 3D. That same night, LAX defeated Edge & Christian to become the #1 contenders and the stage was set for Valentine's Massacre for the feud to finally continue. The two teams stepped in the ring again and LAX won the belts back from the Briscoes. Last year, The Briscoes were the tag team of the year and became known for always bouncing back just when you thought they were out. The Briscoes signed for their rematch to take place at WrestleMania V and with the history the two teams have, a regular tag match wouldn't be enough so it was decided that they would fight for the titles in a double elimination tag team match where both members of the team would have to be pinned or submitted in order to win the match.
World Tag Team Championship Double Elimination Match: The Briscoes def. The Latin American XChange (23:37) to become the NEW tag team champions 2-0
*The Briscoes pinned Homicide with a double cross body combination (21:01)
*Mark pinned Hernandez after a double dropkick (23:37)
AFTERSTORY: The story continues! Every time you think The Briscoes are down, they bounce right back to the top. The Briscoes defeated LAX decisively with extremely impressive tag teamwork, pinning both Homicide and Hernandez without either Briscoe being pinned. The Briscoes, once again FPR World Tag Team Champions! There are plenty of challengers in wait and it will be interesting to watch the tag team division as we go forward.

PRESTORY: When Mick Foley won the hardcore deathmatch championship, it seemed to revitalize Foley's career and breathe new life into him. Foley came into Halloween Havoc and challenged the FPR Worlds Heavyweight Champion, Hulk Hogan, to a non title steel cage match. Hogan was definitely caught off guard but he is not one to back down from a challenge and he accepted. Foley won the match that night but before anything could come of it, both Foley and Hogan were ambushed by the Million Dollar Corporation. Orton, Sid, and DiBiase beat down both men in the cage and bloodied them as they made a challenge to Hogan for Survival of the Sickest. When it came time for the main event of Survival of the SIckest, Hogan was a partner short and was headed to the ring for a 4 on 3 match until he ran into Mick Foley, who had already competed earlier in the night. Foley joined the team, telling Hogan that he would owe him one. As the match got underway, Orton was able to CRITICAL Foley en route to victory. That was something that Foley would not soon forget. Foley would continue to defend his hardcore deathmatch championship in the month that followed but when the Royal Battle came around, Foley entered knowing he would be able to get his hands on Orton once again. Foley and Orton were at each other's throats the entire match. Near the end, Bret Hart managed to eliminate them both within the same timeframe as they were both preoccupied with the distraction of one another. Foley and Orton, after being eliminated, continued fighting and brawled out of the ring and all the way to the back. Following the Royal Battle, Foley challenged Orton to step into his ring, a tag team match at Valentine's Massacre. Orton and Sid teamed up to challenge Foley and Randy Savage in a barbed wire ropes match. Savage is someone who has huge history with Orton and Sid as well. Sid pinned Savage in that match while Orton and Foley just kept on going with one another. They fought until they were forced apart by security and FPR officials. Orton shouted that he would take Foley's belt as they were held apart. Foley has since stated he wanted nothing more than to have Orton one on one in his ring, surrounded by landmines, with boards in each corner of the ring having lighttubes attached to them. Weapons filling the ring. Orton challenges Foley for the hardcore deathmatch championship in a heated bout at WrestleMania V!
Hardcore Deathmatch Championship Match: Mick Foley def. Randy Orton (9:55) after the piledriver to RETAIN the championship!
AFTERSTORY: These two were out to absolutely destroy each other. Foley took Orton into his playground and used every weapon in sight to beat him down. Foley managed to retain his championship through this grueling rivalry with Orton. Foley remains the king of hardcore, for now.

PRESTORY: In September, Gina Carano made her FPR Debut in the Queen's Cup tournament. Carano would go on to win the tournament in very impressive fashion. From there she became involved in a feud with Shinobu Kandori. Carano came out the victor and remained undefeated. In November, Carano joined Candice Michelle's team for Survival of the Sickest. That match featured the debuts of both Alissa Flash and Maria Menounos. Alissa as a member of Mickie James team and Maria on Candice's team. Both were extremely impressive in their showings in the match. Alissa Flash quickly formed an alliance with Claudia in the match, one that would take them to victory in that match. Menounos was brought into FPR by her close friend, Candice Michelle. Alissa and Menounos would meet again in the Beat the Clock series where Alissa was once again victorious. She set the time but the time would be beaten by Gina Carano. Carano defeated Claudia to beat the clock and earn a shot at Candice Michelle's women's championship. At Final Showdown, Carano continued her unbeaten streak and forced Candice into submission to win the women's title. Carano and Candice respect one another and remained friends following their match. That same night, Maria Menounos tagged with Wendi Richter to defeat Alissa Flash & Claudia when Menounos scored the pinfall on Claudia. It was a huge win and Maria's first since debuting. Claudia was irate and demanded she face Maria in the ring one on one. Carano gave Candice her rematch at the Royal Battle. Meanwhile, Claudia and Maria met in the ring as well at the Royal Battle. Carano retained her belt against Candice while Claudia against Menounos was a match that nearly stole the show. They went over twenty minutes in a classic match where both women showed everything they had. Menounos threw caution to the wind with a diving missile dropkick that was countered by Claudia who caught her by the legs and applied her own version of her mentor Mike Foxx's career killer submission. Claudia won the match and was named number one contender for her extremely impressive performance. But speaking of extremely impressive performances, Maria's did not go unnoticed. Claudia would get her shot at Valentine's Massacre while it was announced that Maria Menounos would get in the ring again with Alissa Flash, to determine the #1 contender for WrestleMania V! Carano defeated Claudia to retain the belt. Menounos and Alissa had one hell of a match that ended with a shock as Maria upset Alissa! Alissa threw Menounos around from pillar to post for the majority of the match but slowly as time went on, Menounos mounted the comeback. She surprised Alissa with a quick backslide to get the win in an eighteen minute classic and become the number one contender to the FPR women's championship! This was not something that Alissa nor Claudia were going to let slide easily. Maria had a huge celebration that night but as the Road to WrestleMania got underway, Alissa & Claudia were doing everything they can to try and sabotage Maria's number one contendership. Eventually looking to ambush her in the ring until she was saved by Jessica James. Alissa dared Maria to take part in a tag team match where if Alissa & Claudia were victorious then Alissa would be added to the title match at WrestleMania. The challenge was accepted and Alissa & Claudia did get the victory. They got what they wanted most and that was Alissa Flash being added to the womens' championship showdown at WrestleMania V! The match would now be a triple threat contest where Gina Carano will defend against both Maria Menounos and Alissa Flash in what is sure to be an exciting, unpredictable match where any of the three could walk out as champion. Carano vs Flash vs Menounos - WrestleMania V!

*Menounos pinned Alissa (13:39) after an elbow
*Carano forced Menounos to submit to a rear naked choke (17:23)
AFTERSTORY: Carano just barely overcame the odds here. Menounos and Alissa were extremely impressive and their bid for the championship and some have pointed out, had this been a first pin wins match then we'd have a new champion. Alissa has accused her opponents of doulbe teaming her and is calling for a rematch already. Carano continues to be a fighting champion and also has remained undefeated. Menounos and Alissa will defintely stay in the title picture as both want a rematch and we could see this very triple threat take place again.

PRESTORY: In August of 2009, Hulk Hogan became worlds heavyweight champion for the first time in nearly 4 years when he defeated Yoshinari Ogawa. Hogan would be challenged immediately by Randy Orton cashing in his Money in the Bank. Hogan overcame the odds and retained his title in his first defense. Hogan would go on to put an end to a longtime rivalry in a highly anticipated heavily talked about 'Mask vs Title' matchup that headlined the Ultimate Encounter. Hogan came out the winner against it all and proved to the world that this reign would be his best one yet. At Cyber Saturday, the fans voted in Stone Cold Steve Austin to face Hogan and again, Hogan prevailed in a grueling last man standing match. Hogan's rivalries with Orton, Sid, Ted DiBiase, they all escalated in the coming months but Hogan held on to his belt. He overcame challenges at the end of the year from both Ted DiBiase Jr. and Mike Foxx. Then as 2010 began it was Royal Battle time. Eight men entered for a shot at Hogan's belt. It came down to two, CM Punk and Bret Hart. Punk won the match for the second time in history and he was set as the number one contender to Hogan's belt for WrestleMania V. Initially, Punk stated that he was honored to be able to face Hogan for the belt and headline WrestleMania for a second time. Along the way was Valentine's Massacre where Bret Hart challenged Punk to a one on one match. Meanwhile Hogan teamed up with the Ultimate Warrior to hope to put a final nail in the coffin of the Million Dollar Corporation. During the tag team match, Hogan was whipped to the ropes only to be nailed from behind by a steel chair shot from a masked man on the outside. the Million Dollar Man had the referee distracted while this took place and his son quickly jumped on Hogan to capitalize and score the pinfall victory. It was a mysterious happening as the masked man disappeared as quickly as he arrived. Later that night, Bret Hart defeated CM Punk in the main event. Following the match, the masked man appeared again, this time attacking Bret. Punk confronted the masked man but soon revealed he was aligned with him. The man revealed to be Austin Aries and the reformation of Generation sXe as mentioned earlier. It became clear that Punk had sent Aries to do what he did to Hogan and then later attacked Bret for defeating Punk. Punk has since claimed to have saved Aries and has changed his tune regarding his match with Hulk Hogan for the FPR Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Before he stated he was honored to face him for the title but now Punk says he looks forward to putting an end to Hulkamania. Hulk has a huge desire to get back at Punk for what he has started and has promised that Hulkamania will run wild all over Punk. There's no doubt that Aries will be backing Punk in hopes that they will capture the FPR title for the first time for Punk. Hulk is determined to not allow Punk to take the title while Punk is equally as poised to, as he says, "save" FPR. Hulkamania vs Generation sXe - WrestleMania V! AFTERSTORY: The reign of Hulkamania has ended! CM Punk has finally accomplished what he never could do before, win the FPR Worlds Heavyweight Championship! The shocking conclusion saw Austin Aries run down to the ring and jump onto the apron as Hogan looked to finish off Punk, distracted the referee. Only this time, a masked man identical to last month slid into the ring and nailed Hogan with a superkick! Punk immediately capitalized and rolled up Hogan for the 1 2 3 and the championship victory. The crowd was shocked that Punk pulled off the biggest win of his career and won the championship. Aries joined Punk in the ring for his celebration and brought him the worlds heavyweight title. Punk paraded around in the ring as the masked man slid back into the ring. Punk and Aries turned to face him..as he unmasked to reveal Shawn Michaels!!
