PRESTORY: Last month, Hamada and Mayumi Ozaki finally met one on one with Hamada gaining the big victory. Meanwhile, Mariko Yoshida continued her hot streak with a win over Ivelisse Velez. Now the two matches would become a tag team match kicking off the Royal Battle!

Mayumi Ozaki & Mariko Yoshida def. Ayako Hamada & Ivelisse Velez (15:46) when Yoshida pinned Hamada with a magistral rollup
AFTERSTORY: Yoshida continues her roll with a huge victory as she pins Hamada! Ozaki gained a measure of revenge leading into the finish while Ivelisse remains frustrated at being unable to rise above the opposition. Word now is that Yoshida and Hamada want one another in a singles match after this bout.

PRESTORY: Continuing the womens' tag team action, Madison Eagles and Kana challenge Meiko Satomura and Sumie Sakai in a beat the clock rematch. Sakai and Satomura earned a title shot in spectacular fashion in their last battle, now the two teams meet again!

AFTERSTORY: Eagles & Kana bounce back with an impressive victory. All the teams are looking to gain momentum heading into the first women's tag team tournament coming up soon to determine the next official number one contenders to the tag team titles held by Trish Stratus and Lita.

International Championship Match: The Big Show def. Brock Lesnar (12:43) via surfboard stretch submission to retain the championship

PRESTORY: The seemingly unending war between the Horsemen and the Flock continues to rage on. With Ric Flair escaping December with the Hardcore Deathmatch championship still in his grasp, the Flock had not quite yet given up on bringing the gold back. Without a title defense this month, an eight man tag team battle was set up between the two factions to take place in the death match ring!

Eight Man Tag Team Barbed Wire Match: The Horsemen vs The Flock went to a Double KO (15:00) when the ring exploded, knocking out all eight men!
AFTERSTORY: And what an unbelievable finish! After an intense battle, the entire ring exploded leaving all eight men knocked unconscious. Truly a memorable sight to see and leaves this war still ongoing.

Octagon Championship Match: Bob Sapp def. Gary Goodridge via KO (Beast Bomb) at 3:28 of round 1 to retain the championship

Melanie Cruise def. Nevaeh (12:30) after a samoan drop
STORY: After last month's memorable battle, Nevaeh challenged Cruise to a rematch. Unfortunately for Nevaeh, the result remained the same as Melanie's power was too much to overcome on this night. Another big win for Melanie Cruise.

World Tag Team Championships Match: Antonio Cesaro & Jack Swagger def. The Rhodes Brothers (20:29) when Cesaro pinned Goldust with a powerbomb to RETAIN the championships!
STORY: The tag champs continue to dominate the scene with another impressive victory. As it stands the champs will be heading into WrestleMania as the defending champions and their challengers there will have to be determined on the road to WrestleMania.

PRESTORY: Following a stellar four way at Survival of the Sickest, Yoshinobu Kanemaru regained the junior title in a classic with Rey Mysterio at Eve of Destruction. Kanemaru survived Final Showdown and now Rey gets his rematch at the Royal Battle!

Junior Championship Match: Yoshinobu Kanemaru def. Rey Mysterio (18:38) after the brainbuster to RETAIN the championship!
AFTERSTORY: Another classic memorable battle from these two! Perhaps even better than their last encounter as Kanemaru reigns supreme in the end. Rey took tons and just kept coming until Kanemaru finally dropped him with the brainbuster for the three count and the retaining of the championship. Now, Kanemaru looks ahead to the 2014 Super J Cup where his WrestleMania challenger will be decided!

PRESTORY: Daizee Haze has had a great reign as women's champion, proving to be one of the all time greats in the FPR Women's Division. She bested rival Sara Del Rey to win the title back last summer and has since taken on all comers including an unforgettable triumph over Amazing Kong at Final Showdown. Now, Daizee meets an old rival in the 11 time womens' champion Victoria, who won the Queen's Cup in 2013. Victoria always finds a way to stay in the mix and is now aiming for a return to the top while Daizee is intent on maintaining her hold on the gold.

Women's Championship Match: Daizee Haze def. Victoria (10:00) after a stunner to RETAIN the championship!
AFTERSTORY: Daizee strikes again! Daizee decisively defeats one of the legends of the FPR Women's Division and retains her title in another impressive outing. Daizee left with the championship held high to a chorus of cheers while the queen Victoria was irate at being unsuccessful.

PRESTORY: The Royal Battle was up next and would feature eight men vying for the world heavyweight title shot at WrestleMania. The eight men involved included recent champion and unstable loner CM Punk, former tag team champions and former multi-time world champions John Cena and Hulk Hogan. Former champ Randy Orton, recent headline maker Austin Aries, men out to prove themselves like never before in Daniel Bryan and Batista, as well as a wildcard pick in The Franchise, Shane Douglas. These eight men would do battle with only one coming out on top and heading to face Stone Cold at WrestleMania!

AFTERSTORY: For the third time in history, John Cena has once again won the Royal Battle! Cena overcame the odds and in the end took down Shane Douglas, who nearly shocked everyone by coming from nowhere to win the battle. Cena will get yet another shot at the unbeatable Stone Cold for the title come WrestleMania time.
